How are packages delivered?
Packages are delivered via tracked courier service. 

When will I receive my package?
Once designs have been given the green light and sent off to the printers, you should receive your parcel within 7 working days.

Are there any exceptions?
Occasionally, yes. Depending on where you live, delivery may take an extra day.

Can I track my package?
Absolutely! When your order is ready to go, we’ll send you an email with all the dispatch details and a tracking code. Use the code to log into the courier’s website where you can follow your package as it makes its way to your door. On the day of delivery, you’ll get a text message from our courier to let you know which 1 hour window to expect your delivery in.

When your package is dispatched from us you will receive an email containing tracking details for your package. On the day of delivery you will be sent a text message detailing a window/slot to expect delivery.

Can I have my parcel delivered to my work address?
Yes, you can have your parcel delivered any to UK address, providing someone is there to sign for the parcel.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If this happens, most couriers will leave a note to let you know that they’ve tried to deliver. They’ll try again twice in the following two days before the package is returned to us. Remember, if you're on a tight deadline (and to avoid panic), please ensure someone is there to collect or access your delivery tracking as soon as possible to change delivery options (see below).

I'm not available on the day of my delivery, what are my options?
Most courier services have the option of collecting your parcel from a nearby Pick Up Shop. You can arrange this option once your items have been dispatched. To collect, you'll need some photo ID, proof of address and some form of parcel identification, such as QR Code

Can I collect my order or arrange for own courier?
Unfortunately not at this time.
