Dapper & Bride: Terms and Conditions
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required for Dapper & Bride’s Personalised Wedding Magazine collection. This deposit is due prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance payable upon approval of the final design (post-revisions). Invoices will be sent at both stages to facilitate payment. Payment plans are available on request.
Clients are welcome to pay the full balance upfront, with receipts available on request. Please note that projects intended for print will not be submitted to the printer until the final balance has been fully cleared.
Agreement
By submitting the deposit and commencing your project, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined by Dapper & Bride.
Payment Method
With the exception of online purchases through the Dapper & Bride website, all payments are processed via bank transfer as per the invoice details provided. Payment information is included within each invoice.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their project with Dapper & Bride at any time; however, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid upfront, a 50% refund is provided unless the majority of the work has already been completed, with final discretion on this matter resting with Dapper & Bride.
Revisions
Clients may request up to two rounds of revisions following the first draft. Any additional revisions may incur an extra fee, which will be communicated if applicable. The terms of revisions are subject to the specific package purchased.
Third-Party Printers
Dapper & Bride collaborates with reputable third-party printers. Should any issues arise, we will work with the printer to resolve them. Please note that printed colours may differ slightly from their on-screen appearance, and any reprints due to colour discrepancies will not be covered by Dapper & Bride. For precise colour specifications, please provide the relevant Hex codes.
Portfolio Display
Dapper & Bride reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, which may be displayed on www.dapperandbride.com, on social media platforms, external wedding websites, and at public and digital events. If you have privacy concerns, please contact us at hello@dapperandbride.com.
Copyright
Designs created by Dapper & Bride, particularly for the Personalised Wedding Magazine, are based on customisable templates and may include stock images where applicable. Any designs not selected or paid for may not be used elsewhere; unauthorised use constitutes a violation of this policy. Dapper & Bride retains all copyrights for work created.
Approval for Print
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and verify all details—including times, dates, names, spelling, content, and layout—prior to approval and submission for printing.
Before production, we will provide an electronic proof of the Product for your approval. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving this proof. By approving the proof, you accept that the Product is final, and no further changes or cancellations can be made. We shall have no liability for any errors discovered in the proof after approval.
By proceeding with printing, you confirm that you have fully reviewed your personalised wedding magazine and approve all content and design elements for production.
Once the personalised wedding magazine has been sent to print, no further revisions can be accommodated. Any requests for changes after production has commenced will incur additional charges, which will be at the client’s expense.
Additional Charges
If a client exceeds the agreed deadlines for providing content, approvals, or feedback on a project, Dapper & Bride reserves the right to apply additional charges. These extra charges cover the time and resources required to reschedule work and maintain project timelines. Any delays impacting the scheduled print date or delivery will incur a fee, which will be communicated in advance.
Project Abandonment
A project will be considered abandoned if there has been no communication from the client for a period of 30 days. Unless the project has been fully paid for, rights to any provided materials remain with Dapper & Bride and may not be used by the client.
