Terms of Sale - Dapper & Bride®

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our website www.dapperandbride.com ("our site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Information About Us
Our site is operated by Kysha Marie Buffong for Dapper & Bride®. Dapper & Bride® is registered in England and Wales as a sole trader. Please note, calls may be recorded for training and quality monitoring.

2. Customer Eligibility
By placing an order, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

3. Formation of Contract
3.1 Orders placed through our site constitute an offer to purchase the Product(s). Orders are subject to acceptance by us, confirmed through an electronic notification ("Order Confirmation"). Once confirmed, a binding contract ("Contract") is formed, and the terms cannot be altered without prior written agreement.

3.2 Since the Products are personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Use of Our Designs

All designs on our site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright.

5. Customer-Provided Material
5.1 By submitting materials, you warrant compliance with our content standards as outlined in our acceptable use policy. You indemnify us for any breach of this warranty.

5.2 Please retain copies of submitted materials; we do not accept liability for loss or damage of materials during or post-upload.

5.3 Failure to follow preparatory instructions may impact product quality, for which we accept no responsibility.

5.4 You may not submit third-party materials without their consent. We reserve the right to remove such materials and may disclose your identity to any claimant asserting rights over uploaded material.

5.5 We may delete stored materials if they become inactive or if policy changes require this, without notice.

6. Proof Approvals
6.1 Proofs of Products will be provided for approval. Once approved, changes or cancellations are not permitted, and we assume no liability for errors discovered post-approval.

7. Availability and Delivery
7.1 Standard dispatch time is 3-5 working days, excluding exceptional circumstances. Orders over 500 individual parts may require an additional working day.

7.2 Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

7.5 If incorrect delivery details are provided, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

7.6 Signature upon delivery is required; we assume no liability if an unauthorised recipient signs for the delivery at the correct address.

8. Non-Delivery
8.1 Orders returned to us are held for five working days. If no contact is made within this period, the order may be recycled and a new order will need to be placed.

9. Quantities
Variations in quantity are inherent in the printing process. Overages may be kept by you at no extra charge.

10. Quality and Colour
Colour variations are typical in printing and may not match screen displays. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy.

11. Risk and Title
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Title transfers upon delivery.

12. Price, Payment, and Refunds
12.1 Prices are as quoted on the site and may include additional delivery fees.

12.5 Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered.

12.7 Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

13. Replacement Policy

If a Product is deemed defective, we may request its return for inspection.

14. Claims
Claims for damages, shortages, or non-delivery must be reported within 30 days of dispatch. Failure to do so may affect your claim rights.

15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Liability is limited to the purchase price, excluding indirect losses.

15.2 We do not exclude liability for personal injury, Consumer Protection Act rights, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Communications
By using our site, you consent to electronic communication, including contract terms.

17. Notices
Notices to us should be sent via registered post or electronically. Notices are deemed received within one working day electronically or within three working days by post.

18. Transfer of Rights
You may not transfer Contract rights or obligations without our written consent.

19. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, or regulatory changes.

20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any Contract provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

21. Severability
If any term is found invalid, remaining terms will continue to be enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us, superseding prior agreements.

23. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may amend these Terms and Conditions periodically. You will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of your order unless legally required changes apply.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for Product purchases will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
